My new love is the Elliptical machine
David gave me the idea of checking out the elliptical machine in one of his posts earlier this year. So, this week I spent some time on one at the gym. It's pretty cool. My heel has been giving me some problems with my running so I figured I would do the elliptical to give my feet a break. I'm glad I did.
Next week, I'll be in the pool and lifting with some more elliptical I think.
I've been lifting this week as well. In spite of Marci's comments, I've been hitting it pretty hard. Not like Arnold, but still...(yeah let it play, it's worth it)
Woot!

OH MY GAWD! HAHAHAHHAHAHAAA At first I was like "No, he's not really saying that. It's just some voice over thing" and then I see the last 10 seconds of him actually talking. HAHAHAHHAHAA! Ohhh man I'm still laughing . . .
I really like the elliptical. I don't get as bored on it as I do with the treadmill.
I'm loving this new elliptical at my gym that's not like the usual ellipticals. I think they're great, but not a full replacement for running. It's a great way to get over an injury, or as I'm finding out now, a great way to get through the winter without being bored to death.
The elliptical is great. I love challenging myself with the different hill climbs/ resistances. A nice interval workout.
