Weekend Road Trip

Well, I'm off to see my sister-in-law tie the knot in Cinci.

I did 6 instead of 8 today. I'm following David's advice and cutting back my shorter runs. Tomorrow however, I will do 12 miles. No cutbacks.

I'll see you guys on Monday :)
